We have lowered our pricing!  Unlimited accounts have been reduced to $13.95 from $19.95 and the higher-limit Rollover Gigs accounts have also been reduced in price.  All customers will automatically be billed at the new, lower rates on their monthly renewal date!

We had a disk failure that impacted new article headers coming in.  We are re-feeding from the backup feed copies and all article headers should be caught up by midnight.  Users accessing by NZB file should not have noticed any issues.

PayPal notified us that they are discontinuing access to Usenet providers.  We are contacting our PayPal-subscribed users via email to offer other options (credit card, cash/check).  Feel free to contact support@usenetmonster.com if you have any questions, or if you'd like to switch before receiving the email.

We will NOT be shutting off accounts of PayPal users until you're given a chance to work with us and switch payment methods.  We're also offering some bonsues for PayPal users who switch payment methods and retain their accounts.

Sorry about that, we would continue offering PayPal if we could.
